EXPLAINING THE DIET...
The main goal is to reduce carbohydrates because they contain sugars that our body uses to produce energy. Once these sugars are in our blood stream, insulin is responsible for their removal and lead it to all our organs. As soon as this sugar enters on our bloodstream more insulin is produced. Consequently, sugar levels go down and we will end up feeling hungry sooner.
SO... WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?
The solution consists on eating carbohydrates with slow absorption, with a low glycemic index and also increasing the consumption of protein foods like meat, fish, seafood, eggs or cheese.
